Four things, and I can answer properly instead of asking you five questions back.
- A photo of the wall taken in daylight, standing far enough back that I can see the furniture next to it.
- The width of the wall or of the sofa, console, bed underneath it. A rough measurement is enough.
- The light in that room — which way the window faces, whether the sun reaches the wall, what lamp is on in the evening. Mirror behaves completely differently in each case.
- When you need it, if there is a date. A piece takes the time it takes, and I would rather tell you early that we do not make it.

“Living room, wall behind the sofa, sofa is about 84 inches. Window on the left, afternoon sun hits that wall. Warm floor lamp in the evening. I like the peonies. No deadline.”
What happens after you write

I look at the room
Where the light comes from, how much wall you actually have, what is already in the room fighting for attention.

I come back with a piece
Either one that already exists, or a proposal for one: size, materials, the price and the date. In plain numbers, nothing hidden.

You see it before you pay
Photographs of the actual piece, in daylight and under a lamp. Payment comes after that, in full, and the work ships once it clears. And if the honest answer is that your wall wants something else, that is the answer you get.
Before you write
Can I buy a piece that already exists?
Yes. Everything on the works page is real and available unless it says otherwise, from $500. Tell me which one and where it is going.
How does payment work?
Payment in full before the piece ships. You will have seen photographs of the exact work first, so nothing arrives as a surprise, and I tell you the day it goes out.
Can you make the same subject again for me?
The subject, yes. The piece, no. Hand-cut mirror never falls the same way twice, so a second peony is genuinely a second painting, not a copy. That is the part I like about it.
Where are you, and can you ship?
I work in Delray Beach, Florida. Shipping is paid by the buyer and the cost depends on where the piece is going, so send me the address with your question and I will quote it next to the price of the work — before you commit to anything.
I do not know what size I need.
